Two questions about SAML scope.
Q: Does SAML work on the Insightly Mobile App? A: No, not at this time. This answer also affects the Outlook Sidebar, which documents a different login path when SAML is enforced.
Q: Do I need SAML to use the SSO feature with O365? A: No. SAML does not need to be enabled for users to sign in with their Microsoft credentials. You only need SAML for features such as multi-factor authentication and integration with Okta, PingIdentity, OneLogin, ADFS, and similar providers. This distinguishes Microsoft SSO from SAML SSO, which are easily conflated.
